Faith is a major tool for preservation of lives and destinies. It will take faith to live long on earth. Reading: Hebrews 11: 32-34 NKJV
It is important to note that: a) only those who believe are permitted to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living ~ Job 143: 14 KJV. b) The just shall live only by faith. Every just person can only live by his faith. c) It takes the shield of faith to deflate satanic arrows ~ Ephesians 6: 16 KJV
The power of faith to preserve:
- Faith connects the believer to the indestructible life of God ~ John 10:10; Mark 5:28 KJV
- Faith neutralizes the spirit of fear and thereby destroys the agenda of the enemy ~ Job 3: 25
- Faith moves God into action to defend the believer ~ Hebrews 11: 6; Daniel 3: 18 KJV
- Faith establishes around your life a shield of defense against the flying arrows of darkness~ Psalm 91: 5 KJV.
Faith for preservation must be rooted in the word of God ~ Romans 10: 17 KJV. To build without a foundation is to build to crash.
Why is the word of God necessary for faith to work?
- The word is settled ~ Psalm 119: 105 KJV.
- God is at the back of His word. He backs His word ~ John 1: 1 - 5 KJV.
- It must be a speaking faith. Muted faith is useless faith ~ 2 Corinthians 4: 13 NKJV. The virtue of faith is at the mercy of the saying. You must speak boldly, audaciously, authoritatively and be sufficiently
Four things happen when we speak with faith:-
- Strangers will obey you and clear out of your way ~ Psalm 18: 44 KJV.
- When you speak angels are activated to the word they hear you say ~ Psalm 103: 20 KJV/ NLT.
- The Almighty is moved to work on your behalf ~ Numbers 14: 28 KJV. Our utterances are the raw materials Jehovah uses to work.
- Declarations bring liberation ~ Isaiah 43: 26 NKJV/ NLT/ AMP - Psalm 25: 22 KJV
- Mercy answers for your sake ~ Isaiah 43: 25; Hebrews 4: 16; 2 Chronicles 7:14; Mark 10: 48 NKJV
