- Praise is a supernatural elevator and lifer of men. The power to elevate and be lifted in life is hidden inside praise – Habakkuk 3:17
- High praises is the route or door to high places of life. You are not permitted to be stagnated in life if you understand the power of praise
- David, a rejected son according to Psalm 27:10 was unrepentant praise, hence rose to a high place. If the devil cannot stop your praise, it cannot stop you from going to the top
What is the Elevating Power of Praise?
- Praise releases supernatural strength for elevation to high places - Habakkuk 3:19. When we praise God, the joy of the Lord becomes our strength and this is the way to the top.
- Praise releases divine favour - Acts 2:47. Praise God and having favour with both God and men. Favour is the seal of divine good, while divine favour equates to divine backing. When your praise God up, your favour comes down, when you are favoured, your life is attracted to good things in life. Esther 2:16 received favour from the king when her time came.
- Praise delivers from depression - Isaiah 61:3|Philippians 4:6|Psalm 42:5, 11. Geographically, depression is associated with the valley while mountain is associated with elevation. Whatever weighs you down has succeeded in tying you down. When you step out from depression, you are on your way to elevation
- Praise unlocks opportunities and overcome obstacles in the journey of life - Doors of opportunities bow to the keys of praise - Acts 16:26. Therefore, all doors (career, financial, fruit of the womb) bow to praise
- Praise releases the mantle for loyalty - Genesis 29:35. Everything began to align with this verse - The tribe of Judah that bore Jesus, whom all nations bore - Genesis 49:10
- 6 Praise is the trigger for the anointing and anointing is key for lifting - Psalm 45:7 - The attitude of gladness releases the oil that enables/produces the lifting in life. Psalm 92:1-3,10 - This amplifies that ''If you praise me well, I will anoint you with the oil for lifting
- Praise facilitates access to revelation and revelation is the key to elevation Gal 2. The key to arresting frustration is called revelation - Isaiah 12:3|Judges 1:1-2
- Praise triggers your exist from captivity into liberty. Praise lifts people from phase to phase, from one level to another. Jonah in the berry of fish - Jonah 2:3 was complaining. He stopped murmuring and In 2:9, Jonah started praising and worship, God commanded the fish to release him in Jonah 2:10
Keys to Elevating Power of Praise
- Praise God all the time - both in good times and bad times. Praise God because we were created for this reason according to Isaiah 43:21|Psalm 102:18
- Praise and worship God for who He is, not because of what he has done for you
- Let your praise be centered on the personalities of the Almighty not on the products (what he has done). If you praise his Almightiness, God will show you his faithfulness
- Praise and worship God in the cleanliness of conscious - Let nothing come between your praise and God
- Praise is like a sacrifice - the sacrifice of a sinner is an abomination to God - Proverbs 15:8. The holiness of God cannot be compromised for anything. There must a margin between your character and God for your praise to be accepted
- Create a permanent atmosphere of God's presence in your life - Psalm 22:3
- Worship God in spirit and in truth - Psalm 47:7
- Consistently do a faith-praise
