In Exodus 2:1–10, Moses was born to fulfil the covenant and so every man on earth was born to establish the will of God on earth. The bible in Isaiah 42:6 account that “I, the LORD, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles.
Demystifying Isaiah 60:1-12
Adam was brought and placed in glory and while having his fellowship with God, God always came with angels and that was his glory of God. Your own glory and purpose was formed in Jeremiah 5.
It is important for believers to understand that we were made from heaven and so is our glory. Our prayer as believers is to fulfil the glory that was made for me in heaven be shown in my life.
- Jeremiah 1:4-6: - The purpose has nothing to do with age according to Jeremiah 1:4-8, if God has purposed it. It has to happen. God needs to walk with us as we deliver this purpose and that should be your prayer everyday
- Verse 9: Then the Lord reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, “I have put my words in your mouth. 10 See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.”
- Verse 11 - The word of the Lord came to me: “What do you see, Jeremiah?” Each time you see glory, you see wealth.
- Isaiah 60:1 – The purpose of the light and glory shinning upon you – there is a rising that should bring the light and in that season of that light, the glory of the light shall surround us. The essence of light and glory was to fulfil God’s agenda – having a peculiar light, operating in the realm of the God’s glory. Its is according to Isaiah 60:1-2.
- Isaiah 60:3 – Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn. You carry light for all things to serve you, because you are God’s instrument. Because everything they own are for the kingdom. They are God’s light and the gentiles and the world submit to them. When you enter this realm of glory, you are secure.
- Each time God talks about the Glory, It is connected to wealth. So the glory of God cannot be separated from wealth., the glory of God attracts wealth according to Isaiah 60:1-7.
- All the glory and wealth was to bow to sanctuary and for the glory of God – Isaiah 60: 7.
- NOTE: It's life time opportunity to invest in the kingdom of God and so is the story of David and building the tabernacle of God. If the riches come, they are not for your and your child, if you want it to be for generation, let it be for the kingdom of God .
- Verse 7: When you have the glory, the glory attracts wealth and that wealth is for glorify God.
- Job, Daniel and Noah are lifetime bible personalities to emulate if we are to see the Glory of God. His wealth was for God. You must use the wealth that God will give to defend God’s kingdom. Isaiah 60 verse 9
- Verse 11- 12 – God opens the seasons - by the word and assurance of God in this verse, God is shutting any forces of darkness that wants to rise up against you to block your Glory. because we have an oath with the Glory of God.
- Verse 13 – as we give to God, we give the sacrifice an assignment, assigning each portion to God, yourself and your generation.
- Obedience is Key - don’t be compromised to break your covenant with Jesus.
- Verse 14 – You will be called the city of Zion – when the glory of God finishes, the enemy will be mesmerized. They will hate you but they could not live without you.
- Verse 16 and 22 – The fruits of your covenant – it is glorious and full of wealth.
- Verse 20: Thy light, thy sun and thy moon – the evil that happens to others in seasons will not happen to you because your covenant is hidden under the glory of God
Every year comes with the glory, This season means:
• Season of hand of Gods
• Season of the holy spirit - The anointing of hands is important – in Exodus 4:19-21. The hand of God was with Moses that wherever he went, he did wonders. I submit my hands to submit to the power of the God that you gave to Moses to do signs and wonders in life.
- The hand of God is the extension of wisdom, the eye is for revelation, while the heart is bringing understanding and when the three are with you and this will be tangible miracles that will be sought after.
- Part of the glory of the hand of God is in Psalms – 95: 1-5. Everything that is in the hands of God will begin to manifest. We represent the glory of God – according to Numbers 14:2. In Psalm 145:16 – God feeds every living thing from his hand. The riches of the earth are in the hands of the Lord - Psalm 104: 22-26.
- The glory of Jesus was the glory of the father – John 17:1-2. Jesus talking to the father – 17:1-5 – God glorifies Thyself... when Jesus was about to handle over the mantle – the end of his ministry.
- The communion answers to God’s vision in John 17:17-8 - Glory of God, The father , the son and the spirit are in you y are already in the heaven – the fullness of the glory of God. John 17:17-26. You will be able to discern when the spirit of God is with you, when he is speaking.
Spirits seek men because of your gifts of men and they use your gifts and manipulate it to establish dominion in the hearts of men. Every perfect gift comes from God according to James 1:17
